The Driven Rifle is Bergara’s first limited edition rifle – it is aimed at the driven hunting market and there will be only 150 units for the whole world.
Thanks to the eye-catching orange camouflage, the .300 Win mag caliber, a quick-fit Montecarlo style stock, and the open sights, the Driven Rifle is perfectly adapted to the needs of hunters who participate in driven hunts. This rifle is guaranteed by Bergara to shoot sub-1.0 MOA groups at 100 yards using factory match grade ammunition.
The quick-fit montecarlo-style synthetic stock is made of fibreglass reinforced polymer and the high-visibility pixelated camouflage finish is ideal for driven hunts or monterías so that other hunters can see exactly where you are at all times. The stock has a softouch finish for better grip, and it comes with a rear and two front sling attachments already fitted.
The Bergara barrel on this model is made of stainless steel that has been finished in Graphite Black Cerakote and it has 5 flutes running down its length (the bolt has also been fluted and Cerakoted). This is a precise and resistant barrel for those long days of hunting in the elements. The B14 Performance trigger Gen. II completes this all-black cerakote barrel-action, giving you an accurate, great looking and tough firearm. Each of the 150 units will have its limited edition number marked on the barrel.
Bergara have outfitted the Driven Rifle with an omnidirectional muzzle brake to reduce the recoil thereby helping you to gain fast target acquisition on follow-up shots. The muzzle brake also has a Cerakote finish. The barrel has been threaded (M14x1) so you can remove the muzzle brake and fit your own choice of accessory here should you wish to.
Whilst the rifle does come with open sights already fitted, there is also a carbon steel rail to allow you to fit your preferred scope or red dot sight.
Due to the nature of the sporter stock larger magazines cannot be fitted, so the Driven Rifle comes with an extra magazine as standard, perfect for driven hunts where plenty of shots present themselves.
