Strasser made it their goal to create the perfect bipod for hunters, shooters and long-range enthusiasts, the result is the new Bone Bipod.
Based in Austria, Strasser is a family business that has been manufacturing essential parts for hunting and sporting weapons for world renowned brands as well as manufacturing their own straight pull repeater rifle. The evolution of Strasser’s products is constant. The company is made up of passionate hunters who know what works and how things can be improved.
The Bone Bipod was developed after Strasser looked at the huge range of bipods on the market and analysed all of their good and useful features before partially adopting and integrating them with new ideas. The bipod weighs 270 grams thanks to high-alloy aluminium being matched and combined with high-quality, high strength carbon. The leg length can be extended from 7.5 inches to 10.5 inches and they have 0º, 45º and 90º detent positions; the later position is spring loaded and allows traversing from right to left by approximately 20º. To give the bipod stability in the ground the tips are hardened steel, however these do come with non-slip rubber feet caps so that the bipod can be used in a variety of scenarios.
By using the Strasser Universal Adaptor the bipod can be mounted to the fore-end of any rifle with two screws. However, in order to give almost all shooters the possibility of coupling the bipod to their weapons seven different adaptors are available, including an M-Lok, KeyMod, Picatiny and Sling Swivel Adaptor.
