The new Ranger 8 range of scopes from Steiner have an outstanding field of view, optimised light transmission, and state-of-the-art scratch-resistant anodising, plus a true 8X zoom system.
These scopes combines perfect optical quality with reliable mechanics and the ruggedness that Steiner is known for, allowing you to have perfect control at any distance and in any situation. Additionally the fibre dot illumination, the parallax adjustment and the outstanding optical quality are a perfect match for modern digital night vision or thermal add-on devices.
The Ranger 8 range of scopes has six models: 1-8×24, 2-16×50, 2-16×50 BT, 3-24×56, 3-24×56 BT, 4-32×56 BT (the ‘BT’ at the end of the model name denotes that these models come with integrated ballistic turrets). On the BT models there are four different numbered rings that you can preset to your preferred distances so you can quickly make adjustments to your point of impact reliably and accurately when it matters.
All of the Ranger 8 scopes meet military standards when it comes to their ruggedness, and they can withstand even the toughest conditions. An aluminium case has been combined with an outstandingly robust and reliable construction and it can withstand an impact resistance of up to 500G.
One feature that has been further enhanced over the previous Ranger scopes is the turret clicks. These are now even more repeatable, audible and precise to ensure reliable adjustments even when wearing gloves. The functionality of the mechanical parts is not affected by extreme temperatures, you can count on them being reliable in temperatures from -25°C to +63°C.
The Ranger 8 line of scopes have a starting RRP of £1,495.
