Beretta Premium SO6 EELL
Pick one up and you know it is special. The low-profile action body is graceful and slender, with a sturdy cross-bolt locking system designed for generations of use. The system engages the lugs, which are forged as an integral part of the Monobloc and are positioned at the height of the centre axis of the top barrel to minimise stress when shooting. The ventilated rib is hand-file cut. The stock – pistol grip or straight English type – and fore-end are carved from highly figured European walnut briar, shaped and finished with hand-cut, deep diamond checkering. They are then oil or wax polished. Sidelocks, simple, safe and reliable are renowned for their crisp trigger pull and fast lock times. The single trigger is either selective or non-selective.
The SO6 EELL’s are embellished with the finest hand engraving, signed by the author. A variety of sophisticated scenes and styles can be executed to suit personal tastes and requirements, from floral motifs, to traditional game scenes, exotic subjects, fine English scrolls, mythological scenes, gold-inlaid animals…paying attention to the evolution of times and customs.
For its stock and fore-end, the SO6 EELL uses only the finest walnut briarwood, selected for its colour tones and sturdiness. The client determines the final dimensions, and the stock to receiver fit is completed with the utmost care. Sidelocks can be supplied in a removable version with thumbscrews, facilitating quick, easy inspection of the finely crafted firing mechanism. The handsome leather carrying case with accessories is standard.
