Longthorne 'Valeur' Model 3005

The Longthorne ‘Valeur’ Model 3005 over-and-under shotgun is available in 12, 16, 20, and 28 bores, featuring a chamber designed for 3” cartridges. Proofed for High-Performance Steel, it can accommodate up to ½ choke with multi-chokes and Full with fixed chokes.

Sporting barrels, available in lengths of 29″, 30″, 31″, or 32″, come with a flat rib as standard, equipped with a front sight bead. The ‘Valeur’ model is equipped with flush-fit multi-choked barrels that include 5 chokes as standard, with the option for extended or fixed chokes at an extra cost.

Its action is built on a square back trigger plate, providing an adjustable trigger, complemented by a minimally engraved underlever release catch on the standard forend metalwork. This shotgun offers choices between slim game or tapered forend shapes and a standard trigger guard.

The ‘Valeur’ shotgun stocks, finished in ‘satin,’ are available in left or right-handed configurations and adhere to standard size and measurements of 14.75″-15” length-of-pull, offering a rubber recoil pad for added comfort.

Customisation options include adjustable comb and heel plate spacers, custom gun fit, large or small ‘Griptek’ stocks, wooden recoil pads, checkered heels, ramped trap-style barrels, fixed chokes, lightweight game barrels, and titanium barrels. It is supplied in an ABS leather-trimmed case for storage and protection.

As with all Longthorne models, the ‘Valeur’ Model 3005 is 100% English-made at their factory in Northampton. It boasts patented barrel technology manufactured from a single piece of steel without any soldered joints, proofed for High-Performance, ensuring low recoil, reduced muzzle flip, and featuring an ultra-low profile action.
