Leatherman is a company that is synonymous with multi-tools: it was on a budget trip to Europe in 1975 that Tim Leatherman conceptualised the multi-tool after he constantly came across leaky hotel plumbing and had to fix his old Fiat at the side of the road. He only had a scout knife with him that he used for everything from slicing bread to fixing the car, however he kept wishing that he had a pair of pliers too. When Tim returned to America he took his “multi-tool” idea and set about creating the product that we all know now.
The Leatherman Bond is inspired by Tim’s original PST multi-tool, it pairs minimal design with highly functional tools. At a mere 5.8 oz, this stainless-steel workhorse provides 14 essential tools including pliers, a durable 420HC knife blade, and a set of standard screwdrivers. The Bond’s handles are contoured to give you a comfortable grip while using the tools. This multi-tools is safe to legally carry in the UK.
