Edgar Brothers have launched the new Blackthorn semi-automatic shotgun under its EB Arms brand.
The Blackthorn has been designed to meet the diverse needs of the UK shooting community, whether used for sport shooting or practical applications. This semi-auto shotgun is gas operated which ensures quick and reliable cycling no matter whether you are shooting a 24g clay load or a 3″ magnum wildfowling cartridge.
There are three variants, all currently available in 12 bore with a 28 inch barrel: Black Synthetic, Bronze Camo, and Bronze Walnut. The shotgun comes with 5 chokes and has a length-of-pull of 14.5 inches, however this can be reduced to 14 inches by swapping the standard butt pad with the shorter one (supplied in the box).
“We are thrilled to introduce Blackthorn to the UK shooting community. Given our experience in the value shotgun sector over the last 20 years, we understand the importance of a product being versatile, reliable, and supported with an industry-leading aftersales service. We felt Blackthorn was the finest British representation of these core features of strength and robustness while at home in the British countryside. Blackthorn will redefine the standard of what the British shooter can expect from a semi-automatic shotgun.”
