The Eat Wild Spice Mixes have been developed specifically for cooking game.
Eat Wild is part of British Game Assurance (BGA) a not-for-profit organisation established in 2018 that promotes, develops and assures the production and consumption of gamebird meat.
Cooking game can be a daunting prospector not just those who have never tried to, but also for those with experience who are looking to take their dishes in a new direction. The Spice Mixes remove the guess work and help you cook tasty game dishes at home.
Initially on sale at the 2022 Game Fair these mixes were a smash hit, with every packet selling out, now they have been restocked and are available to buy online.
The Spice Mixes currently available are:
- Mexican Mix, inspired by Mexican flavours,
- Jamaican Jerk, inspired by Jamaican flavours and ideal for barbecues,
- Indian Spice Mix, perfect as a marinade, rub, or for making curries with.
