Quickly and easily boresight your rifle, shotgun or pistol with the Sightmark Triple Duty Universal Boresight.
Boresighting is usually performed on a rifle by removing the bolt and mounting the rifle in a secure rest pointing at a target. Whilst standing behind the rifle you look down the bore and centre the target in the bore by carefully adjusting the position of the rifle. Then, without moving the rifle, you adjust the scope to centre the reticle not he same target.
The Sightmark Triple Duty Universal Boresight makes the above process easier and quicker as it attaches to the muzzle end of the barrel with a magnetic self centering arbor. This arbour is designed to fit calibers from .17 to .50 (without the need for any additional components) and can be used on pistols and shotguns as well as rifles.
It has been tested and recommended by the National Tactical Officers Association and the North American Hunting Club and comes with a carrying case, three AG3 batteries, and instructions.
