Longthorne 'Valiant' Model 3006

The Longthorne ‘Valiant’ Model 3006 over-and-under shotgun is available in 12, 16, 20, and 28 bores. Its proofing for High-Performance Steel extends to ½ choke with multi-chokes and Full with fixed chokes, and the chamber length is 3”. 

Sporting barrels are available in lengths of 29″, 30″, 31″, or 32″, each featuring a flat rib as standard along with a front sight bead. The ‘Valiant’ model comes with flush-fit multi-choked barrels, including 5 chokes as standard: Skeet, ¼, ½, ¾, and full. Additionally, extended or fixed chokes are available at an extra cost.

The shotgun is built on a square back trigger plate action, offering an adjustable trigger and is available in both silver or gold coloured finishes. The forend showcases standard metalwork with minimal engraving on the underlever release catch, giving options between slim game or tapered forend shapes, coupled with a standard trigger guard and an engraved top lever.

Stocks are presented with a ‘satin’ finish and are available in left or right-handed configurations, conforming to standard size and measurements of 14.75″-15” length-of-pull, providing a rubber recoil pad for enhanced comfort.

Customisation options include adjustable comb and heel plate spacers, custom gun fit, large or small ‘Griptek’ stocks, wooden recoil pads, checkered heels, ramped trap-style barrels, fixed chokes, lightweight game barrels, and titanium barrels. The ‘Valiant’ Model 3006 is supplied in an ABS leather-trimmed case for storage and protection.

As with all Longthorne models, the ‘Valiant’ Model 3006 is 100% English-made at their factory in Northampton. It incorporates patented barrel technology, crafted from a single piece of steel without any soldered joints, proofed for High-Performance, ensuring low recoil, reduced muzzle flip, and featuring an ultra-low profile action.
