Longthorne 'Vitality' Model 3002

The Longthorne ‘Vitality’ Model 3002 over-and-under shotgun is available in 12, 16, 20, and 28 bore variants. This shotgun is chambered for 3” cartridges and is proofed for High Performance Steel up to ½ choke with multi-chokes, and Full with fixed chokes.

Featuring sporting barrels in lengths of 29″, 30″, 31″, or 32″ with a flat rib as standard and a front sight bead, the ‘Vitality’ model offers flush fit multi-choked barrels as standard with 5 chokes, with an option for extended chokes at an additional cost. Fixed chokes are also available as an extra option.

Its action is constructed on a square back trigger plate, accompanied by an adjustable trigger. The forend showcases standard metalwork with minimally engraved underlever release catch, providing options for slim game or tapered shapes. The stock is finished with a ‘satin’ finish, available in left or right-handed configurations and adheres to standard size and measurements of 14.75″-15” length-of-pull, featuring a rubber recoil pad for enhanced comfort.

For customisation, the ‘Vitality’ model offers a range of cost options including adjustable comb and heel plate spacer, custom gun fit, large or small ‘Griptek’ stock, wooden recoil pad, checkered heel, ramped trap style barrels, fixed chokes, lightweight game barrels, and titanium barrels. It comes supplied in an ABS leather-trimmed case for convenient storage and protection.

As with all Longthorne models, the ‘Vitality’ is 100% English made at their factory in Northampton, incorporating patented barrel technology manufactured from a single piece of steel without soldered joints. It is proofed for High-Performance steel, promising low recoil, reduced muzzle flip, and features an ultra-low profile action for exceptional performance.
