Following hot in the footsteps of the extremely popular GMK 50th Anniversary 31” Limited editions in 2021, GMK have introduced 31 inch barrels in two existing Beretta models: the 694 and the DT11.
The trend for longer barrels, lead by competition guns, is undeniable. In the 90’s the split between 28 inch barrels and 30 inch barrels was more or less even but these days 32 inch barrels outsell 28 inch barrels by a considerable margin. Modern manufacturing allows overall barrel weight to be managed whilst offering the benefit of the extended sighting plane and the greater pointability of longer barrels. The 31 inch barrel is therefore a logical step for shooters wishing to progress from 30 inches but not keen on full 32 inch barrels.
Beretta 694 31″ Sport
All the excellent features of the 694 remain including Steelium Plus barrels, stunning looks and stock dimensions that just feel right. The barrels are adorned with Sport 31 lettering to distinguish the model from the norm. This specification will now become standard, however quantities for 2022 are limited. Available in four configurations, right and left hand plus adjustable stock versions in right and left hand.
RRP from £4,000
