The cornerstone of each batch is 100% gluten-free British wheat grain which is distilled in traditional copper pot stills then blended with the purest Sussex spring water. An exclusive blend of botanicals, coriander and lemon zest gives the gin hints of spice and subtle natural tannins that perfectly complement the citrus notes.
